Subscriptions

What subscription options do you offer?
We offer 30-day, 45-day, and 60-day subscription cycles at a reduced cost.

When will I be billed?
Your billing date (“Subscription Billing Date”) is the date you first purchase your subscription. Your account is automatically charged on that same date for each renewal.

Can I change or adjust my subscription?
Yes. You can adjust your subscription beginning 21 days after your initial order.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account or email us at support@trulyclear.com. Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before your renewal date.

What happens if I cancel after my order has processed?
If your subscription order has already processed, it will still be shipped to you.


Orders

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
We process most orders the same day, so changes are usually not possible. Once processed, all sales are final.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please email support@trulyclear.com before returning your item.

How do I return a product?

  1. Place your items in a box with your original invoice.

  2. If you don’t have the invoice, include your name and shipping address as listed on your order.

  3. Send your package prepaid to:

Who pays shipping for returns?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable method or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your package.


Refunds

When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you. If approved, your refund (less shipping & handling and return costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

What if I haven’t received my refund yet?

  • First, check with your bank or credit card provider. Refunds may take time to post.

  • If more than 14 days have passed, contact us at support@trulyclear.com.


Sales & Gifts

Can I return sale items?
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Final sale items cannot be refunded.

What if my order was a gift?
If marked as a gift at checkout and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit instead of a refund. A gift certificate will be emailed once your return is received.

What are the shipping costs?

  • United States: $8.50 flat fee for orders under $40. Free if $40+.

  • Canada: $16 flat fee for orders under $80. Free if $80+. Delivery time 8–16 days.

  • United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore: $30 flat fee per order. Delivery time 8–16 days with FedEx, UPS or DHL/local carrier delivery.

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 24 hours but may take up to 2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email once shipped.

Who pays customs, duties, or taxes?
Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes charged by the destination country.


SMS/MMS Marketing

What is the SMS program?
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing texts (including checkout reminders). Message frequency varies.

Does opting in mean I have to buy products?
No. Consent is not required to make a purchase.

Do text messages cost money?
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

How do I stop receiving texts?
Simply text “STOP” to the number sending you messages.
