Once you have received your RMA number, securely package your merchandise and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your own protection. Please note that the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Returns will be processed within 1-2 billing cycles after we receive your package at the address provided below.
